Tonight we were breaking in my wife’s new grill. To test it out fully, we used the charcoal and propane sides of the grill plus the side infrared sear burner.
The side burner is unique as it can be for searing meat or cooking in pans or pots. Here is some yummy steamed Edamame, always a good choice with fish. We were cooking up some BBQ¬†marinated¬†Tilapia. It was all very tasty, and made for a nice picture too!
The grill is a Smoke Hollow 47180T we picked up from Sam’s Club. It was pretty inexpensive for what it does. So far we are impressed with it, but time will tell how it holds up.
