Keeping an eye on you

I promise to let up on the macro close-up pictures soon, however, this image was just too neat to pass on.

This is our blind cat, Zena (or Xena – I always forget).She is 100% blind, so she sat still while I hovered a scant few inches from her face and she never knew it. Makes a great subject!

I used my Promaster Close-up+4 filter on this shot again (since I don’t own a true macro lens), and utilized the flash to enable the smaller aperture. I really wanted strong detail on this one.
